Membership Information
Our club focuses on garden education and programming with a balance of learning, hands-on community service, and fellowship. Our meetings are structured to be engaging and productive and are held from October through May.

Educational Programming: Meetings generally begin with a focus on learning.

Field Trips: This includes engaging educational programs on various gardening topics, or a chance to actively participate in a community project, or an opportunity to explore a new garden or field trip to inspire your next growing season.

Meetings: Following our educational program, we conduct our club business to plan our next efforts, support local initiatives, and ensure the organization runs smoothly.
Interested In Joining the Chastain Park Garden Club?
We're delighted you're interested in joining our Garden Club! We are currently looking to grow our club by adding Active Members to our club for meaningful growth. To maintain an active membership and support our community efforts, we ask members to meet the following requirements:
Dues and Participation

Active Membership: Active membership requires that each member will serve as a hostess or co-hostess at least once within any two-year period. They will be willing to serve on standing garden club committees or as a garden club officer at least once within any three-year period. All members must pay annual dues, which help fund our educational programs, community projects, and administrative costs.

Inactive Membership: Though we encourage active participation in our monthly meetings to benefit from the programming and contribute to club planning; we realize this is not always an option for our members. For those members who are unable to fulfill duties and attendance required of active members we offer inactive membership status with additional dues as an option for those who would like to remain a member should space be available.
